There are two types of Sinhala fonts ASCII and Unicode. There are lot of Sinhala fonts available in ASCII and Unicode format. Some of them are Proprietary and some of them are released on GNU/GPL License.
Some of the Sinhala unicode fonts are listed for download. They can be used on internet and web browsers to view Sinhala language.
